When I support people in growing their business projects, we start from the inside out, but to explain how it is all connected, let’s approach it like peeling an onion and start by listing some symptoms that I experienced in my entrepreneurial career.
The most apparent symptom on the business side is stagnating revenue, massive swings, unpredictability, and of course, a decrease in revenue.
Low profit margins and many other signs can indicate a problem as well, but the point is, you notice it when there are not enough fruits on the tree.
I experienced this symptom when I was making zero euros and when doing over a million per year. It can happen at any stage.
Underlying those symptoms is often another - sometimes measurable - topic.
Low "conversion rates". They do not necessarily refer to ads and funnels but the general issue that it takes a huge effort, convincing, and overall struggling to sign new clients for our services.
Either we don’t get enough people interested to listen to us and whom we can present or offer, or if we do, they don’t get the value we can offer in a way that makes them want to move forward right away.
The third type of symptom of the business side that might feel like a result of the other two but is actually the cause in over 80% of the cases is an entrepreneur and business owner who doesn’t feel and thus does not radiate the certainty, conviction, and leadership his or her clients seek.
To create and experience a different reality and switch into solution mode, it is worth exploring the personal side as well.
I was standing in my own way or even sabotaged my success through overthinking, indecisiveness, and procrastination.
I was working against myself.
Another symptom of this side is not knowing what is wanted. This can happen at any stage of the entrepreneurial journey and reveal itself in different forms. Regarding purpose, lifestyle, and priorities - there is a lot of potential for value conflicts that prevent us from growing our business.
When I had financial success, another personal symptom was a sense of meaninglessness, boredom, and missing the entrepreneurial excitement that I felt when starting out.
A lack of clarity and a state of paralysis is something we have probably all experienced at some point.
Last, but - as you probably know by now - actually, at the core of everything are symptoms related to the feeling of not being good and worthy enough.
Fear of failure, imposter syndrome, frustration, feeling judged or fear of judgment and rejection, and on top of this, feeling guilty of experiencing those states and wasting my potential by standing in my own way.
Alright, enough time spent with what we don’t want anymore.
Back to the three ingredients and how to turn all of this around and our lives and businesses into the exciting, joyful games they can be.
First, we want to remove unworthiness.
I can't stress the importance of this step enough! It is always the first thing I do with my clients. My services only focus on three outcomes, and this is always the first!
As I said before, removing unworthiness is far easier and more effective than trying to gain self-worth.
It is done by bringing our core lies about ourselves and the world to our awareness and detaching from them.
This will uplift us into a state of inner peace, joy, and inner freedom.
From feeling whole and complete unconditionally, we can allow our heart and intuition to be heard again, and we will receive answers and clarity.
We can choose our purpose, define our mission and exercise genuine self-determination.
This also enables us to show up authentically and speak our truth because we no longer need to protect ourselves by wearing a mask.
With this personal clarity, we can set up or adjust our business, from its mission, market, messaging, marketing, sales, and offers, so our business is an extension of what we want and who we want to be and play in this world.
I call it to get into the business of being you.
Alignment, then, is not just the next step, but rather the only logical conclusion. Of course, you want to embody who you have chosen to be, starting from a state of feeling whole and complete. Naturally, you want to pursue an exciting vision and a purpose-driven mission that aligns with your personal goals. And, of course, it goes without saying that you would want to engage in the flywheel activities for your business, especially if they feel like swimming with the flow.
Can you imagine how great your offers, your marketing, and your ability to excite others will become over time if it was all set up on this foundation?

I know this might sound overwhelming, and it is out of the scope of this article to explore the depths of each of the areas, but let me assure you that you don’t need to have all of what I covered figured out ideally before you can start!
You even can be widely successful without whole parts, yet I wanted to provide you with a holistic picture.
I know I am repeating myself, but it is because I need to hear it myself more often:
You already have all it takes!
You need nothing external. Nothing is missing or hidden. You are whole, worthy, complete, and fully capable to be who you want and play with experience right now!
Never let anyone convince you otherwise!
I know you can feel the truth deep down when I suggest that you make alignment, fulfillment, and wholeness the starting point of your journey, not your end goal.
I believe this is the foundation for an unconditional approach to life and business.
To your unleashed potential!
