I used to think that once a business got big and successful (whatever that means), there would be no friction because the entrepreneur would have perfectly dialed-in structures and efficient systems in place.
I would imagine myself spending the whole day like this:
From January 2021 to December 2022, we grew our business from 13k/m to an average of over 85k/m, and I became aware that my assumption was somewhat naive.
I also remember feeling like an absolute beginner during a team call lately because we:
- faced absolute chaos during a launch
- brainstormed ways to improve our messaging for a high-ticket offer that was not converting anymore as it once did
- even discussed what kind of company we want to build and who we, as business owners, wanted to be in the future.
Like we were just starting out! 🤯
I unconsciously opened a new tab and checked our finance Google sheet to see we had made 294k last month…
I realized then that—like everything else—replacing friction with alignment should be approached as an infinite game by all entrepreneurs and that we are often too close to recognizing where the elements of our own business and life are out of alignment.

By the end of our session, you'll have crystal clarity on exactly what needs to be adjusted for feeling and earning like a millionaire and the very next steps to make those changes happen.
