This sentence from Markus led to me practically acquiring myself, as I had reached a point where I was gradually achieving my goals, but no longer really knew where exactly I wanted to go and was slowly losing my motivation as a result.
I also had 3-4 minor habits that I had wanted to change for months, but somehow just couldn't change.
Markus and I have now been working together intensively for around 4 months. I have changed 100% of my habits and I can say without exaggeration that I am now in the shape of my life!
I am achieving things that I would never have thought possible before. I'm pursuing new and bigger goals and tackling them with a huge sense of euphoria.
